These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute an agreement between Chaojifeng (Xiamen) Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "Company") and you (hereinafter referred to as "user" or "you") regarding your use of the ADHD Reader application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "ADHD Reader"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using ADHD Reader.By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. This Agreement includes our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn about the information we collect from you, how we use it, and with whom we share it.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you access to our Services. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Services is legal where you use them. You retain the rights to all content you create. Any learning records you create using our services are stored locally on your device and are not stored in or uploaded to our servers. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the Service as permitted by the features of the Service. We may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chaojifeng (Xiamen) Network Technology Co., Ltd. and its licensors. The Service and its original content ("ADHD Reader Content") are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other laws of both the People's Republic of China and foreign countries. Chaojifeng (Xiamen) Network Technology Co., Ltd. owns and retains all rights in the ADHD Reader Content, Trademarks, and Trade Dress and the ADHD Reader Services.
All payments are processed through the relevant payment provider (such as App Store), not directly by us.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription through the App Store. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your App Store Account.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a one-time payment plan. This is not a subscription.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable through the App Store.
You agree and acknowledge that the use of the apps and services is at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes/lawsuits arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction over the place where the Company is located.
